Business English Lessons

I offer 1-on-1 Business English lessons designed to help professionals communicate more clearly and confidently at work.

My students are usually working in fields such as IT, healthcare, engineering, and other industries where English is needed for meetings, emails, and daily communication.

How the lessons work

Each lesson is 45 minutes and fully personalized.

We usually follow the Business Result textbook, which is designed for real workplace English. This helps us build clear structure and steady progress over time.

In the first lesson, we may focus more on speaking naturally and understanding your current level before moving deeper into the textbook.

What happens during a lesson

During the lesson, you will:

Speak and answer questions in English
Learn useful business vocabulary and phrases
Practice real workplace situations (meetings, emails, discussions)
Receive corrections from me during and after speaking
Get feedback on how to improve your English

I don’t interrupt every mistake immediately. Instead, I take notes and give clear corrections so you can speak more freely during the lesson.

After each lesson, you will receive updates in your personal spreadsheet with useful corrections, including words and phrases from the lesson. This is the same document each time, so your vocabulary list builds over time.

Hello! I’m Marta, an experienced ESL instructor dedicated to helping adult learners achieve confidence and fluency in English.

My Language Journey

I was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States at age 10. Because of my experiences in the U.S., I decided to become an English teacher. I encountered many challenges, but that experience will help me relate to you and guide you in your English language experience.

Now, I’m studying my 5th language, Japanese, and after I’m conversational, I’ll start learning my 6th language.
